The 5th Edition of the International ON-LINE Course on Postharvest & Fresh-Cut Technologies is going on with updated materials and lessons involving participants at this moment form 25 countries and enrollments are still open. Official language is English.

The Course consists of 50 recorded videos of aprox 30 min each, with a total Course duration of 25 h. Pdf presentations and supplementary materials are also included. This course gathers instructors from the 5 Continents, 21 Countries and 30 Universities/Research Centers. Have a look to the Program and check the 'making of' and a Course sample. The videos will be on-line available at any time on the e-platform and can be watched at the participant's convenience.
