FAO Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia is happy to invite you to the second webinar of the FAO Regional Series of Impact Webinars on Food Loss and Waste Reduction.

The first webinar considered ways to reduce food losses during harvest and post-harvest operations. The following session will focus on secondary processing (product transformation) and packaging stages in the food value chain and the ways to reduce food loss and waste.

The invited speakers will present relevant approaches and practices, including improved processing methods, innovative packaging solutions, use of by-products and left-over product material for human food.
