The fight against food waste in French healthcare

On Wednesday 4 November 2020 (10:30–16:00 CET), Health Care Without Harm (HCWH) Europe and the Hospital Center of Niort will host a virtual conference in which we will share the final results of the MECAHF project and hear inspiring initiatives from our partners that you can use in your hospital to help prevent and reduce food waste.
Reducing food waste not only helps to reduce the negative environmental impacts of the healthcare sector, but can also help reduce costs, allowing for further investment in healthy, sustainable food for improving the health of patients and employees.
