Activities Output 1: Increased awareness about common post-harvest issues in Greater Mekong Sub-region countries and the formation of a network of post-harvest specialists in these countries initiated and facilitated through regional training workshops at the beginning and end of the project.
Output 2. At least 30 trainers (extension workers, academics, researchers, NGO technical and extension agents, farmer organization leaders) in each country, trained in horticultural chain management.
Output 3. At least two pilot demonstration supply chain models in identified project areas established in each country.
Output 4. At least 200 supply chain practitioners/actors (growers, harvesters, sorters, packers, haulers, traders, wholesale market operators/owners, and retailers) in each country, trained in principles of good pre-harvest practice, and in harvest and post-harvest management practice through the pilot demonstration models.
