Objective / Goal This global project supports food systems development through coherent policies, strengthened capacities and increased public and private investments in agribusiness development, trade and food losses and waste reduction. In Palestine, the project carried out food loss analyses in the cucumber, zucchini and table grapes value chains, applying FAO's food loss analysis case study methodology. In Egypt, the project is supporting a pilot solar drying unit for horticultural crops.
