From 2-10 May 2017, sixteen (16) young participated in the Learning Route - “Promoting Rural Employment: Learning from Experiences in Belize ”. Funded mainly by The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), executed by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and facilitated by the PROCASUR Corporation, the BELIZE Learning Route is one of the activities of the project Strengthening decent rural employment opportunities for young women and men in the Caribbean. The Learning Route from 2-10 May 2017 exposed participants to workshops, case studies of local businesses, and interactions with youth entrepreneurs who are creating and innovating in the rural communities of BELIZE.
