 Thursday 17 October
| 14.00 -15.30 (CEST)

Red Room

This session will show how behavioural insights can inform the dialogue on inclusive food choices to overcome obesity, antimicrobial resistance, inequity and more across both HIMCs and LIMCs. Through a live experiment and debate, experts will highlight how behavioural science can promote better nutrition and production, from forgotten foods to cell-based proteins, and from healthy diets to safe livestock.
