Activities This project is designed to evaluate the social and economic effects of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) interventions in Afghanistan by analyzing existing data. It is initiated by the FAO office in Afghanistan and involves a partnership with the ESP division at the FAO headquarters. The primary aim is to make use of current data, which includes baseline information from the Resilience Index Measurement and Analysis (RIMA), various phases of Data in Emergencies (DIEM), and other databases that offer insights into how many people have been reached by these interventions at the district level since 2021.
Impact This initiative aims to provide critical information that will improve the planning and execution of future projects, thereby supporting sustainable agriculture and enhancing food security in the country.
