Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations Representative to Sudan Babagana Ahmadu honored with an award in recognition of his outstanding contribution and efforts towards strengthening capacities of Date Palm Producer  Organizations in Sudan. Babagana Ahmadu  expressed his appreciation for the hour and promised that FAO will even do more in reaching to the membership of the producer Organizations to get sufficient training in improved date palm production, value addition and marketing.
