"Measuring and Monitoring Sustainable Agriculture", Lecture within the framework of the Diploma in Sustainability in the Food Industry (University of Buenos Aires)

FAO is the custodian agency for SDG Indicator 2.4.1 "Proportion of agricultural area under productive and sustainable agriculture". This indicator measures progress in achieving more productive and sustainable agriculture. It is made up of relevant sub-indicators that will provide governments with strategic information for evidence based policies.
Organized by FAO and the University of Buenos Aires in the framework of the Diploma in sustainability in the food industry, the lecture with Arbab Asfandiyar Khan, co-coordinator of SDG indicator 2.4.1, FAO Statistics Division, covered the topic "Measuring and monitoring sustainable agriculture" and was held in English with simultaneous interpretation in Spanish.
