The report examines the impacts of climate change on Uganda's fisheries and illustrates these findings through four value chain analyses: two on fisheries (Nile-perch, Mukene) and two on pond aquaculture (Nile-tilapia, African catfish). Adaptation strategies at each stage of the value chains are also proposed.
