The guide is intended to inform and assist policy-makers, researchers, evaluators, programme managers, and assist them in identifying the actions that are need to create a more equitable enabling environment for the development and growth of women’s enterprises, including enterprises owned by women with disabilities. The guide demonstrates a comprehensive assessment of ten core and interlinked components of the business environment, and presents the assessment in the form of an Integrated Framework.
