The case study covers attempts to improve the capacity of millers as an entry point in establishing and strengthening fair trading linkages with small-scale farmers as well as improving post-harvest handling and processing activities. It also looks at how the project facilitated the creation of an enabling policy environment through regular public-private dialogues .
