2006

This study presents a comparative analysis of four value chains of two types of fisheries (i.e. white fish fillets and small pelagic fish) in four countries (two developed countries: Iceland and Denmark, and two developing countries: Tanzania and Morocco). The purpose of the study is to evaluate the value added at each level of the value chains and conduct a cross-comparison between different fisheries value chains in different countries.
