Value Chains for Nutrition

2011

The paper is written from the perspective of nutrition, with a focus on increasing the supply of and demand for foods that are rich in essential micronutrients such as fruits and vegetables, meat, fish, dairy products, and bio-fortified staple foods by the poor.
