This manual describes the application of the Successful Case Replication (SCR) approach in the ILO’s Alleviating Poverty through Peer training (APPT) project in Cambodia, which aimed at addressing the obstacles that prevented disabled people’s access to education and employment opportunities. This manual can be very helpful to government agencies and organizations that work with socially or geographically isolated individuals.
