In Thailand, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is working with local authorities to empower communities and improve their livelihoods by developing local value chains. This video presents the story of a group women in one of such community which have been trained and supported with equiment and facilities to set up a traditional Thai snacks cooking group.
