This training package is aimed at trainers who need to train public and private sector front line agricultural extension workers in farm–management in Asia. Its aim is to contribute to building capacity by improving the skills of extension workers and, through them, the farmers with whom they work. The training methodology used in the materials is experiential and participatory.  The package is composed of an overview module for trainers and is composed of six modules: Module 1: Farm management; Module 2: Farm resource assessment; Module 3: Farm business analysis; Module 4: Planning for market; Module 5: Enterprise budgeting and farm planning; Module 6: Farm investment and risk. Each module includes trainer guidelines, exercises and PowerPoints.
