FAO carried out a review of forest insect pests and diseases in both naturally regenerating forests and planted forests in 25 countries representing Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean and the Near East. The reports are available for downloading. The data reported in the country pest overview papers have been collated and are presented below.
