This paper is a result of an international symposium organized by ENGRAF to answer important question on how to assess NFPs and their modifications. This was done in order to draw out the present state of the art of methodological tools and issue, with an aim to enhance research and networking with decision makers for a better monitoring of programmes based on concrete experiences.
