Start-in Bodrum: Online Event for Sustainable Nutrition and Food Innovation for Healthy Living

 Start-in Bodrum, a two-day event organized on 10 and 11 October, focuses on sustainable food systems and innovation in nutrition. Speakers including FAO Turkey Assistant Representative Dr Ayşegül Selışık will discuss food innovation and healthy living, local food production, sustainable food supply chains and reduction of food waste. The event will bring together representatives from FAO, the food industry and food entrepreneurs to support sustainable healthy nutrition for future.

Celebrations for World Food Day and the 75th anniversary of FAO further highlight the importance of this online event, which is being organized during global efforts to meet the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. FAO is contributing to the event with a keynote speech presented by FAO Turkey Assistant Representative Dr Ayşegül Selışık.
