Call for papers - Food Loss and Waste Management during COVID-19

Scholars from different disciplines are invited to submit their novel and original contributions dealing with applications of quantitative analyses that can improve our understanding of food loss and waste along the entire supply chain, the impact evaluation of pandemics on waste management systems and improve the decision-making process in order to help businesses and policy makers to cope with the consequences of COVID-19.
