2018
Over the last decade, Curitiba City Hall has developed three programmes to ensure healthy food access for people in need. The City improved the access of low-income population to diverse, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables through 1) stores selling subsidized products; 2) sale outlets where farmers sold their products at discounted prices; 3) family farmers’ cooperatives fairs offering the same advantage of discounted prices.
