Cities and circular economy for food
2019
Promoting the principles of a circular economy, this report details three ambitions for a circular economy for food that cities can implement: (1) source food grown regeneratively, and locally where appropriate; (2) make the most of food; (3) design and market healthier food products. Examples are presented of Brussels, Guelph, Porto, São Paulo.
