For the 2022 International Agricultural Show, CIRAD launched its « Nourrir le vivant » podcast, with a first season entitled "Food is changing the world". In six episodes, each based on a case-study in the South, you can find out the different ways in which our food systems can be transformed at urban level. From school catering to agro-ecology, via geographical indications, get a taste for the journey (and for solutions): each episode highlights a lever for transforming urban food systems, illustrated by a field study and told by a CIRAD scientist, accompanied by one of its partners. It is possible to design more sustainable and inclusive food systems at urban level, starting by learning from the experiences of other cities!
