A Communiqué from the Global Forum for Food and Agriculture, issued on Saturday 21 January in Berlin, stated that the 83 Ministers in attendance  “firmly endorse the implementation of the initiative by FAO and its partners entitled "Coping with water scarcity in agriculture". Read more.
