From Milan Expo 2015 to the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio

The Italian Minister of Agricultural Food and Forestry Policies Maurizio Martina, Massimo Bottura (Chef and Founder of Food for Soul), David Hertz (Chef and Founder of Gastromotiva) and Giovanni Malagò (CONI President) present the "RefettoRio Project", which will provide meals prepared with food recovered from the surplus produced by the Olympic village.
The project is inspired by a similar one realised during Expo Milan 2015.
