CAC41 Side event: FAO and WHO Capacity Development Activities

The side event will highlight key capacity development initiatives undertaken by FAO and WHO
in collaboration with member countries during the past year to complement the work of Codex,
including the latest tools, guidance and publications which aim to support countries to build food
safety capacities. The event will be led by Renata Clarke, Food Safety and Quality Unit, FAO and
Angelika Tritscher, Department of Food Safety and Zoonoses, WHO, with inputs and feedback from
member countries.
