FAO and the Europe-Africa-Caribbean-Pacific Liaison Committee (COLEACP) join forces to improve global food security and sustainable agricultural production by protecting the environment from the impacts of plant pests. New tools for capacity development will be developed to help countries protect plants and facilitate their safe trade. The partnership agreement between FAO and COLACP will be signed live during the event.
