This workshop aims to provide a platform for technical discussion on the potential of local and traditional food markets (LTFMs) and public food procurement (PFP) programmes to contribute to better nutrition and healthy diets.
The event will also provide an opportunity to explore how LTFMs and PFP programmes influence those dimensions of food environments that can impact consumers’ demand and contribute to enabling healthy diets.
