The Gambia’s SEforALL Rapid Assessment and Gap Analysis report was published in 2012, the Action Agenda and Investment Prospectus were released in 2014. The Investment Prospectus provides an approach for operationalizing the SEforALL Action Agenda by identifying and developing a set of implementable programmes and projects, including their investment requirements, that can be presented to potential private and public investors.
