This document presents a results framework for achieving affordable clean energy for all in Swaziland through Partnership for Affordable Renewable Energy in Swaziland (PARES), and is directed at the primary implementers of the programme. One of the activities closely relevant to wood energy is promoting energy efficiency in rural areas for cooking and heating.
