This Master Plan aims to provide an investment-focused framework for the promotion and development of renewable energy resources in Ghana. It foresees the needs for a total investment of USD5.6 billion over 12 years from 2019 to 2030, or roughly USD460 million per year. The publication covers an overview on policies and institutional framework; the targets and action plan (including a section on solid biomass); and implementation arrangements, among others.
