The Action Agenda for the Sustainable Energy for All - Cabo Verde (2015) forms a triad of energy policy documents of the country, together with the national plan of action for energy efficiency (PNAEE) and the national plan of action for renewable energies (PNAER).

Cabo Verde aims at eradication of the three-stone cooking stove by 2020 and making the use of firewood an energy choice in 2030.
