This policy aims to promote investment in the renewable energy sector by providing specific incentives. It focusses on establishing market-oriented measures and regulatory instruments for the renewable energy sector in Zimbabwe, covering solar, hydro, wind, geothermal and biomass. It sets overall targets for renewable energy based on the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) interventions.
