Niger
Niger developed the SE4ALL action plans on renewable energy and energy efficiency in 2015 with the support of the ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE). It was foreseen reaching universal access modern energy services in urban areas and 30% in rural areas by 2030, both for electricity and clean cooking. The Ministry of Energy released the SE4ALL Investment prospectus in 2019.
