La présente loi a pour objet de fixer les principes fondamentaux d’organisation et de gestion du domaine forestier national ainsi que les règles d’exploitation et de commercialisation, applicables aux produits forestiers.

The purpose of this law is to establish the fundamental principles of organization and management of the national forest estate as well as the rules of exploitation and marketing, applicable to forest products.
