This Action Plan identifies the activities to be implemented to allow well-functioning and operationalization of the SNFMS through phases II and III of REDD+ readiness. Policies and measures to address drivers of deforestation and forest degradation cover fuelwood substitution, sustainable charcoal production, efficienct charcoal kilns and cookstoves.
