The WBF is comprised of:

• Its members
• The Steering Committee (SC)
• The Advisory Board (AB)
• The Working Groups (WG) and Specialized Task Forces (TF)
• The Secretariat

The Secretariat facilitates discussions within the working groups and ensures the smooth flow of information among them and with the Steering Committee (SC). It coordinates the SC, organizes its meetings, supports communication between Forum members and external stakeholders, responds to information requests, promotes the World Banana Forum (WBF), manages the budget, and handles administrative tasks.
