This Youth Guide to the Ocean gives you a starting point. It illustrates many of the wonders of the ocean, what the ocean does for us and what we are doing to the ocean. It also describes what is being done at the national and international level to protect the ocean. Each chapter contains links and resources for you to explore and learn more. At the end of the Guide, Section D is designed to help you take action. It highlights some of the steps that you can take to develop a successful marine project and invites you to be inspired by the stories of young people around the world who are already taking action.
