Join this rich discussion with varying perspectives of the evolution of gender in the climate change dialogue! This moderated session will feature 3 generations of women involved in the Climate Change arena through an agricultural lens. They will address the gaps and major barriers to reaching gender equity, youth inclusion, and parity in decision-making roles.   

Women and young people have proven to possess the skills to accelerate climate action - while being activists, agents of change, innovators, entrepreneurs, innovators, and much more - but the voices of women and girls from different socio-economic groups are still too often not heard and their specific challenges and priorities not adequately addressed during planning and decision-making processes.  

Through concrete examples from our experts, this event will highlight good practices that have contributed to the inclusion of women in decision-making for climate action in agriculture. How far have we come?
