The world of work is changing and young people and their decisions will shape how the future of work will look like. The ILO is addressing these changes through the “Future of Work” Initiative.

To learn more both about how the future of work might look like and what perceptions, hopes and aspirations young people have we are administering a world-wide survey. The results of this survey will inform the ILO’s strategy on the future of work and will be spread among the ILO’s partners and stakeholders.

In order to paint a complete and balanced picture, we need your contribution. Both your background as activists and volunteers and your day-to-day experience are crucial for us to understand better how work could look like in the future.
