NOSF - National Organization of Scouting Friendly is an organization which groups scouting troops, associations or federations, and we are members of the World Federation of Independent Scouts (WFIS). We were founded in 2010 and we count with more then 5 000 members in Ethiopia, more than 60 groups from schools and churches. We are a youth movement inspired by the scouting principles of Baden Powell, and we are an independent, private organization open to all without any distinction, our only condition is that everyone must respect the convictions of others.

We were suggested to join YUNGA by a friend from Turkey, Umitu Sava, he is an active scout and leader in his country. Our main activity is our tree planting project. Every year we plant trees as part of the Forest Challenge Badge.  Every July is our planting month.
