On 11 December 2023, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Erciyes A.Ş. hosted the first grade students of Kayseri Melikgazi Hasan Polatkan Primary School, who implemented the "I am sensitive to my environment, I protect my values" for International Mountain Day. This is organized every year as part of the corporate sustainable social responsibility project. The theme this year is "Restoring mountain ecosystems," and the students gained awareness about the importance of mountain ecosystems for the Sustainable Development Goals.
