APPENDIX III
CHECKLIST FOR ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS

  1. Bonafide fishermen who spends at least 90-day fishing during the year.

  2. Derives at least 60% of income from fishing.

  3. Has been fishing for at least 5 years.

  4. Age should be at least 20 but not more than 5 years.

  5. Resides in the Fishermen Development Area where project is located.

  6. Member of a Fishermen Association (PN) or Fishermen cooperatives (SKN) and Small Fishermen Unit (KUKENAL).

  7. Up-to-date with previous loan repayments from institutional sources such as Bank Pertanian, Fishermen Association etc.

APPENDIX VI
OUTLINE OF THE PROPOSED PRODUCTION CREDIT SCHEME

3)In the event of default of payment the guarantor shall be liable to reimburse LKIM/BPM.
10)IncentivesAn incentive for up-to-date payment of amortization shall be granted. This will be given in the form of condonation of the remaining balance of the loan equivalent to amortization paid on time. Incentives will be computed on a yearly basis.
