89 The representative of Sri Lanka, whilst regretting that it had not been possible for his country to host the current Meeting, extended his government's invitation to hold the First Session of the Governing Council of Intergovernmental NACA in Sri Lanka. The possibility of that meeting's taking place in August was mentioned; however, it was noted that this would be conditional on the entry into force of the Agreement and that, in any case, the current NACA project was scheduled to continue until the end of 1989.
90 The Provisional Governing Council expressed its appreciation to the Government of Sri Lanka and accepted the invitation with pleasure, the exact dates to be determined subsequently.
