The proposals for regional and international collaboration are the following:
- to ensure the prioritized and coordinated participation of Mozambique, internationally and regionally in initiatives aimed at conservation and sustainable management of forest genetic resources;
- to maintain and strengthen Mozambique’s participation in international organizations concerned with sustainable development and biodiversity conservation;
- to participate actively in agreements, protocols and activities of international and regional organizations;
- Mozambique must make an effort to be part of regional networks on forest genetic resources.
