CHAIRMAN: Our Chairman, Mr. Bukar Shaib, has not yet returned and has therefore asked that I take my turn of vice-chairmanship this morning. The first item on our agenda for today is item 19, Other Constitutional and Legal Matters, which carries as sub-item 19.1, Invitations to Non-Member Nations to Attend FAO Sessions. This item will be introduced by Mr. Sylla, Assistant Director-General, Department of General Affairs and Information and Secretary-General of the Conference and the Council.
