��SOMALIA

The total cereal import requirement in 2004/05 marketing year (August/July) is estimated at 332�000 tonnes. Commercial imports are estimated at 242�000 tonnes, leaving a food aid requirement of 90�000 tonnes. As of mid November food aid pledges amounted to 33�000 tonnes, of which 14�000 tonnes have been delivered.
