METHODS OF ANALYSIS FOR PROCESSED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES (Agenda Item 7)[23]

41. The Committee was informed that the 19th Session of the CCPFV agreed to circulate the list of methods of analysis for processed fruits and vegetables for comment and consideration at its current meeting.[24] It was noted that the recommendations contained in Appendix I of document CX/PFV 00/7 had already been incorporated into the list of methods contained in Appendix II.

Status of the Methods of Analysis for Processed Fruits and Vegetables

42. The Committee decided to forward Appendix II of document CX/PFV 00/7 to the next session of the Codex Committee on Methods of Analysis and Sampling for endorsement along with the additional information provided in the written comments submitted to the CCPFV at its current meeting.
